THE EXPERIENCE OF MULTIPLE GENERATIONS
We manufacture single-phase and three-phase transformers, autotransformers and inductors in linear and toroidal versions, made to the customer’s specifications or designed by us.
Our strength is production versatility: we can deliver one-off prototypes as well as series batches, with fast lead times and technical support.
Each transformer can be supplied in enclosures with thermal and magnetic protections.
Every process is managed with great attention to detail, using advanced production systems:
– High-speed winding machines for coils of every type
– Digital programming to ensure precision and repeatability
– Impregnation with insulating varnishes to increase resistance to vibrations and humidity
– 100% customized transformers and inductors
We carry out repairs on any type of electrical winding.
We manufacture toroidal transformers and inductors which, compared to linear transformers, offer higher energy efficiency. Featuring a closed ring core, they reduce losses caused by stray fields.
The insertion of the laminations that form the magnetic core of linear transformers is carried out using semi-automatic equipment.
For the manufacture of contacts and the input and output connections of transformers, we use semi-automatic machinery.
